Dear Student Leaders:
On February 5th, 2016 (Friday, Week 5), the Finance Committee will be closing all Contingency Programming accounts whose event dates ranged from November 1 to December 31, 2015. Please submit all requisitions if you have not already as soon as possible to the Student Government Accounting office (KH 332). All funds that have not been claimed by February 5 will be returned to the Contingency Programming fund to be re-allocated to future events. No exceptions will be made for any student organization/USAC office/commission. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us or drop by during our office hours (KH 300B) where we can assist you in-person. Thank you for your cooperation!
