Office Space Allocation Committee (OSAC)

OSAC Application Winter 2026 - 2028

The Office Space Allocation Committee (OSAC) is constituted to oversee and administer the periodic reallocation of organizational space within Kerckhoff Hall. It governs how organizations receive office, locker, and mailbox spaces and oversees the administration of the Communal Office Space.

Because office space is at a premium on campus, the committee is tasked with periodically reviewing and reallocating office space assignments after the space allocation has expired.  By office space, it is implied that the space will be used for regular meetings, and not just storage. If your organization is seeking a space solely for storage, please do not pursue an OSAC allocation, as your organization’s needs differ from OSAC’s space offerings. Please reach out for assistance in finding alternative opportunities for storage.

To qualify, you must be a UCLA registered student organization with the Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement (SOLE). Additionally, a Statement of Non-Discrimination must be signed and on file at the SOLE. Please contact your SOLE advisor for more information on this matter. Please refer to the updated OSAC Guidelines below for further details."

Student Organization Resources

A good place to start looking for items such as funding is at the Programming Funds Search tool. You might also find out how to fill out a requisition form.

The IVP website has an entire list of resource guides that are extremely helpful for student organizations, ranging from How to Manage Your Apps to Starting a Club at UCLA.

Another office of USAC, the Facilities Commission, has compiled a Web Accessibility Resource guide. This is an excellent guide to ensuring that your student organization's posts, graphics, and communication methods are accessible.
